about Cortera

Management Team

Jason Matthes, Vice President and General Counsel

Jason manages the legal affairs of Cortera. Prior to joining Cortera, Jason was Vice President and General Counsel of TSYS Total Debt Management, a leading service provider in the receivables management industry and subsidiary of the publicly-traded TSYS Corporation. Prior to TSYS, Jason served as lead counsel for LexisNexis Risk Management. As lead counsel for the division, Jason managed the legal department and was responsible for drafting and negotiating numerous multi-million dollar licensing agreements. Jason joined LexisNexis through its acquisition of Seisint.

Jason is a member of the State Bars of Florida and Georgia. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University and holds a B.A. from the University of Miami.
